So, reading through some emails from a dear friend that were written over 6 years ago and coming to the realization that not all friendships are forever. Am I the only one who feels a loss when those friends stop writing? Or hurt when they tell you outright that being your friend is too much work? Please dont use platitudes such as we have friends for a reason, a season or a lifetime because the ones I refer to are ones that I just knew God had blessed me with for a lifetime. I was wrong. Just reminiscing on all of the friends past, present and future and wondering if I mean as much to them as they mean to me?? If I have really connected with most of them on some level or only let myself believe that to feel more important on a greater level? Love you all and have a great night and weekend.
