So sad! And the demanded flu vaccine isnt even effective against this strain (from what I have read). The CDC did say the flu vaccine isnt that effective this year. ****Please everybody be cautious and remember your simple hygiene routines (wash hand thoroughly with soap and warm/hot water for at least a minute. Cover your cough and sneezes with you arm or sleeve, etc).**** So glad I have supplements and essential oils to help me. On Guard to take orally, apply topically, and diffuse. Breathe to diffuse and apply topically. Oregano and Thyme to take orally, apply topically and also diffuse. Thankful that I have learned about all this because I have seen it help us prevent catching colds and has lessen the severity of them if we do catch them.
