So sad to hear the world lost such a sweet person. I remember the first time I met Wally he was dancing, I dont think he ever stopped ! What some would label as a disability I would call the greatest ability of all time, not judging people by what society thinks is important. The world through Wallys eyes was innocence. The impression Wally had of you was who you were and nothing less. Wally wasnt going to change the world as a politician or million dollar business owner, he changed it with his beautiful soul.
