So sad to see that Rocky Mount N.C. Has been ranked the 4th worse small city in the US. What happened? Was it when we as parents start letting the state dictate how we discipline our kids or was it when they took prayer out of school or was when fathers didnt want to be fathers or moms started being moms at age 16 or was it when crack took over or does some rap music really steer our kids the wrong way or when we said dont judge my son cause his pants sag or the street gangs or when we pretended everything was ok or when elected officials got elected then forgot why they were there or preachers preached just for social status instead of for The Lord or when the state didnt want to pay our teachers to teach or is it just me !!!!!!!!!
