So sick of health insurance bullshit. Been fighting with Blue Cross/Blue Shield for my mom. They keep denying her the medicine she needs to help her walk and stand. Without it shes having so much trouble. She wants and tries to stay active, but without that drug its very difficult. She took it for a year and it improved her life considerably. But now the insurance company says its not medically necessary, she does not need it! Been going back/forth with these assholes. Writing letters explaining the benefits and practically begging them to approve this. Now she fell on the sidewalk and cut her lip open, chipped her teeth and who knows what else is hurting. Not to mention, embarrassment. I am livid. And feel so sad and helpless. Im not giving up. I will hound them and hound them. Idc, even if they continue to deny. I want them to get sick of me. Its been a couple months now, still a big, fat NO. Itll end up costing insurance company a lot more in the long run. Dumbasses
