So sick of the tax office now they saying I owe £300 for late tax returns for the year ended 5 April 2012 for Jay! They know hes passed away they dont care they know he wasnt employed for years because they were nformed of this everytime they sent Jay a fine or letter stating he owed thousands for years he wasnt even in work due to ill health but they dont care they are just trying to make me responsible for a debt that shouldnt have existed in the first place & if they checkedbtheir records theyd know Jay wasnt working in 2012 to even do a tax return! So now hes gone they think they can still overlook this fact that Jay wasnt working & harrass his mourning family for money not owed instead?
