So since Friday I have pretty much benched everyday and except Sunday and I can finally say that after 500 reps over 185 so not counting warm-ups, I found a position just a few mins ago FINALLY that allows me to squeeze the bar, rip jt apart, squeeze my lats, and actually honestly feel my triceps active and press as well all with out ANY shoulder pain. Going ultra wide was causing pain and going super close was was not allowing to me grip the bar or use lats. Taking a grip just inside the rings with my pinkies I can do almost everything. With 185 I have barely been hitting 12 reps bit after 135 for 15, 185 for 8, 225 for 5, 275 for 2, 295 for 1, 225 for 5, 185 for 10 all close and failed last rep on the last set. Then did a bunch of back, rows, and shrugs, then went back and guy told me to try this and 185 for 20, 185 for 18 literally doubled output after a entire workout.
