So, since about midnight last night I have had a mild shortness of breath, fast racing heartbeat, some mild numbness in my left shoulder and upper arm (this is actually normal due to some nerve damage in my shoulders), and my chest has just felt weird, almost like there is to much pressure in it, more so on the upper left side then the rest. I can not tell if this is some type of mild anxiety/panic attack or a very mild heart attack. I kind of want to go have it checked out, but no insurance kind of sucks and if they even suspect a heart attack that means I will likely be held over night and not be able to work tomorrow. And this is also giving me an odd amount of energy. I walked about five miles between 2am and 3:30am last night and wanted to keep walking because of excess energy and I have had almost no sleep at all since the night before last yet I do not really feel tired at all.
