So.....since moving into our new home we have been having issues with neighbors who believe our farm road is public property. Lawyer assures us it is private property and not public, despite the legend on the DOT maps which were changed in 2000. Things came to a head last night with two young neighbors who were doing the Dukes of Hazard thing on our farm road.... Terry and my brother went out to stop them, my brother had his truck hit while they were spinning doughnuts around him.... Cops called..... All we are asking of these neighbors are to drive this road quietly and respectfully!!!
