I have been trying to buy a house/get into real estate investing for over 3 years. ive been working 80 hours a week and for a few month I worked 7 days a week to try and make things happen for myself. recently I started talking to some banks and just trying to plan for the future (assuming my credit wasnt good enough yet or I would need a huge down payment) after talking to some of my bankers and a TON of prayers, as of today I have officially been approved for a Mortgage loan through US bank... the crazy thing is though my down payment is only 3% and i have one of the lowest rates i think Ive ever heard of! Things are finally falling into place! My Dreams are finally taking flight.
