So some people are asking about my 3 Day Refresh results. Going out on a limb here. **Disclaimer- if the sight of pasty white midriff with stretch marks offends you, I invite you to keep scrolling ;) My intention in posting these is not for my own ego (fairly obviously I think....) or because I am aiming for a perfect body. I hope that is obvious from everything else I post. Sometimes a picture is helpful. I wasnt doing this to lose weight or really change by appearance in any way. I dont have a scale with me in the hotel. My aim in doing this 3 day cleanse was to help reset my digestion and break a few bad habits after a crazy cross country move (and Moon Pies). Never done a cleanse before, so I was curious ;) Also since this is a brand new program, I wanted to do it so I could give honest feedback to anyone who asks. The first day was rough. In the evening, I was dealing with a lot of bloat and brain fog. I will spare you other observations i made. The second day was better. I wasnt as hungry and felt less bloated. Yesterday, I felt so much better. It was a little tough to get through a workout, so I am glad to be getting back to a more robust diet. What I didnt realize before is that there are a lot of probiotics in this program. Thought that was cool. Pros: Good focus on veggies and healthy fats Enough protein so not losing muscle mass. No soy. Can exercise (lightly) Lost 3 I dont have a scale, but based on my clothes fitting...lost 2-4# Slept great last night. Cons: Felt very tanked during my regular workouts. Even moderate exercise os probably too much. Would recommend walking and stretching instead. Vanilla shake mix is pretty gritty. Could be a tough for some. There is no sipping the Fiber Sweep.... flax and chia gels, quickly. Mix n chug. Lesson learned. If this is something you want to do, message me asap.
