So sometimes I just cant keep my mouth shut.....sitting eating at a restaurant listening to a teenage girl complain about the heat and too hot to be out there, makes her sick. A couple different guys at different tables start talking about how they work in the heat non stop and she is young and she should be able to handle it. So, I proceed to ask this slightly overweight teen what she is drinking....soda....a mix of all the soda they have in their machine. So, I explain how water and vitamin C and other things are much better in the heat and she should just throw out the soda. (as she says she has been there for 2 hours refilling this cup)....as I leave I hear the other 2 gentlemen lecturing her on her refills...convincing her to pour that soda out and drink water. Laughing inside, but hope she really listened too.
