So thank you Timika for the nomination, I had a volunteer last minute who really wanted to do this with me as well! I nominate Nick, Kels, and Pam (SORRY I RAN OUT OF FRIENDS AND MACKENZIE VOLUNTEERED YOU!) #icebucketchallenge Before this month I was completely unaware of ALS and while throwing a bucket of water on me may look stupid, it felt pretty good to be involved for once.
