So thankful for another day!! God has really shown out the para couple of weeks when it has come to my health lol. I wasnt feeling well at all yesterday and had some problems while I was still in the CTRU. I ended up getting a couple units of blood yesterday. Then when they took out my central line from my neck, I bled like crazy. None of the unit nurses had ever seen that happen before. It was a very scary feeling especially when I could see the desperation in the nurses faces trying to get it to stop and it wouldnt. It was like a facet had been turned on but after havering a few nurses practically standing on my neck, it slowed down. So I was then moved to PCU on first floor and the nurses I have had are amazing!! Seen some drs today. Have an infection in my lungs. I am black, blue , purple and green from the bruising lol. But surgeon said if I keep going at this rate, I may go home at the beginning of the week. I have already walked a lot today and it actually relieves some of my back pain to walk. My chest pain is crazy at time and my right shoulder is giving me fits bc of the pressure they had to put on it trying to get my bleeding to stop from my neck. But again, I cant say enough how great these nurses are on PCU floor. I know this is a long post but I dont get on here too much bc of the pain. But thank you all for the prayers, support and encouraging words for me and my family. I know if it want for Our almighty savior I wouldnt be here to type this post. His love and Grace never fails us.
