So the Anti-graft court has ordered Geoffrey Kazinda to spend five years behind bars for the grand OPM theft. Iam hoping that his accomplices will also be brought to book soon but again am aware that former NSSF boss David Jamwa is out on bail pending the determination of his apppeal challenging his conviction and 12-year sentence. Jamwa has now been out for about a year or more now. Will Kazinda also appeal and spend most of his jail time probably swimming - I guess he has a poo at his Bukoto mansion? Time, they say, is the bearer of all truth.
