So the Assistant District Attorney presented a 1979 Missouri law - TopicsExpress

So the Assistant District Attorney presented a 1979 Missouri law that was deemed unconstitutional by the Supreme Court in 1985 for the Grand Jury to read as the law of Missouri. In sum, the law says that police officers have the right to stop fleeing suspects with force reasonably necessary to do so. To break it down even further, this unconstitutional law relieved Officer Wilson of his biggest burden in the case - proving that he feared for his life. Now, please tell me (for those of you who have been trying Mike Brown) that this was anywhere near just. A friggin set up if I ever saw one, which is why I wont stop talking about this and you shouldnt either.
