So, the Attorney General issued a statement to all county clerks - TopicsExpress

So, the Attorney General issued a statement to all county clerks saying that the validity of those marriages (even ones that have been certified) have not been determined and that Clerks offices are advised to begin issuing refunds for licenses and certificates upon request. This to me is very, very sad. While I did not expect the ban to be lifted in this state, it was and my husband and I got married within the time that the ban was lifted and the most this State can do is honor that. If I could, I would move out of this State and move to one that is tolerable. I understand the Commonwealth of Kentucky went legal today. Nickey N Goldey, lets move South!
