So the Oscar nominations came out and apparently theres not enough diversity in the nominees. Gosh, I thought it was all about the quality of ones work. Good work always rises to the top. Thats how you get nominated. Or so I thought. I hear some uproar over Oprah Winfreys movie Selma being snubbed. Best Picture is no snub. Fact is they released the movie late in the game and with so many good movies this year the field was pretty much set. And the reason the Selma director didnt get a nomination is because the movie played loose with the facts regarding LBJ. This controversy brought to you by The Internet.
