So the USPS has been copying the exterior of all our mail since 2001. They used to only do it if you were suspected of a crime, now we are all suspected and spied upon. You just fill out a form.” It has been abused. Postal officials refused to discuss either mail covers or the Mail Isolation Control and Tracking program.
