Crocs have been one of the greatest flops in American innovation. Again and again they have been recognized as safety hazards in hospitals, the holes in the front and back of Crocs create an exceptional danger for nurses regarding needles and heavy objects. Professionalism is also at stake when bright pink plastic duck feet with thinker bell on the toe run rampant. Warnings have been issued to parents for children wearing Crocs when attempting to use an escalator. Canada received sixty-five complaints from parents who’s children’s feet had been injured in accidents caused by Crocs. Over the past few years an uprising has been noted among many people around the world. Today there are hundreds of anti-croc websites all shouting the same golden rule of fashion: You can’t wear crocs if you have teeth. Thats right, Grandma and little Timmy are totally fine to wear them, but anyone else will be burned at the stake. Web sites like facebook have countless groups declaring their loathing of Crocs including I Dont Care How Comfortable Crocs Are, You Look Like A Dumbass which currently has around 1.5 million likes. One can only imagine a world without Crocs. Nurses safe from sharp or heavy items, small children’s feet safe from escalators, and most of all, the common man safe from the horrific sight of such a terrible creation. What do you think?
