So the blood clot from last year is continuing to break up and dissolve with my blood thinners. The doc says that my MRI showed only a partial occlusion in my sinus veins which were almost completely occluded last October. The plan is to stop warfarin in January and go to one 325mg aspirin a day to see if that is enough blood thinning to prevent any more clots from forming. If it is than I stay on aspirin for 3 years minimum and than reevaluate. If not its back onto thinners but it will be something other than rat poison...I mean warfarin
