Well, I think the Grand Jury was told various facts regarding the case & Garners criminal history. Additionally, the prosecuter may have went for Murder, seeking too prosecute for the max amount of time. I think Society, nationwide is tired of the criminal element in this country. In that sense they are loathe too condemn a LEO for simply doing their job. I think youll see this happen more & more often regarding cops & Grand Juries.
