So, the end of the year is coming together pretty nicely. So many times this year I sat down and thought just how many awful things happened to myself and loved ones around me and wondered when Id start see the light at the end of this long tunnel. Well as tonight closes, so sleepy from this new job and so excited for the amazing opportunity to work for this new company and all that it offers, I understand more and more that God truly does know what He is doing. Lol it sounds silly but honestly Ive had to question him a time or two..but honestly, in regards to my job..if we wouldnt have went bankrupt and lost our jobs, I would have never had this specific opportunity to work for such a great place AND finally for what I went to school for. Its where ive wanted to be career wise for years but just lost my way. But here I am. And then to drive home and get great news about a certain someone tonight was also very uplifting. Both to hear and to get to share with him and hear him sound genuinely happy and relieved made my night. I have my girls as always and they always always (even when theyre cranky lol) just warm my heart and add meaning to my existence. They are my reasons for keeping my head held high at all costs..they keep me wanting to be the best person and mom that I can and I love them soo much. My new found relationship and faith in God has also been life changing this year! I couldnt have made it through so much this year without Him. Its done something to me inside that I cannot put into words but its definitely for the better and I know I am a better woman because of it. Idk. I have so many reasons to dislike this year but so many more reasons to be thankful and grateful. I dont even know if anyone cares enough to read down this far but felt the need to vent..in a positive way about how this year has impacted me. When youre faced with lifes trials it really puts into perspective the things you should be thankful for.
