So the governor (barf) of Missouri has declared an emergency because of the imminent indictment or non-indictment of state mercenary Darren Wilson, in the shooting death of Michael Brown. The declaration doesnt quite mean anything goes, but it does mean that the state parasites now imagine themselves to have the right to steal all sorts of vehicles and fuel (1(3)(c)), to control pretty much all commodities and materials (1(d)), and generally boss everyone around (1(e)). (Title V, Section 44.100 Subsection 1, Missouri State Code). The whole concept of emergency powers is patently ridiculous, and basically amounts to: government may NEVER do THESE nasty things... um... unless government decides it NEEDS to do those things! If you want a real-world example of the natural outcome of such a stupid notion, look up the Weimar Constitution, paying special attention to Article 48, which includes this: In case public safety is seriously threatened or disturbed, the Reich President may take the measures necessary to reestablish law and order, if necessary using armed force... [and] may suspend [] civil rights. Tada! Nazi Germany! (And that did wonders for public safety, didnt it?) Fortunately, there is no equivalent clause in the U.S. Constitution. Unfortunately, federal and state parasitical narcissists have a habit of just HALLUCINATING such a clause anyway (a la Lincolns dictatorial BS, WW II internment camps for Americans of Japanese descent, FDR stealing everyones gold, Katrina aftermath, etc.). Then there is the phrase martial law. Pay really close attention if any governor, president, or any other god-complex sociopath declares martial law, or says that civil rights need to be temporarily suspended, because what such things literally mean is, We can do absolutely anything we damn well please, with no limits or restrictions of any kind, because we have lots of guns. The only moral and rational response to such a decree is, No you cant, because we just blew your goddamn head off, you fascist lunatic. It stands to reason that when some control freak proclaims that he can do anything he wants to you, what he wants to do to you aint gonna be nice. (Read a history book if you doubt it.) Therefore, the more the parasite class claims to have special, magical new powers, the more the people should make sure they are equipped--physically and mentally--to defend themselves by any means necessary. Do I mean being ready to kill cops? Yes, I mean being ready to kill cops.
