So the last couple days have been much of the same....fever, throwing up at night, pain in the stomach, sleeps all day, might get up 1 time, counts are up and looking good but she still feels miserable. I told her about the fashion show and she hid under her blanket for about an hour after crying for about 30 minutes saying how much she hates her life:( This afternoon they changed her PICC line and found a pressure ulcer under it. They swabbed it and are taking cultures on it to check for infection. We are still in the PICU but considered floor status. The dinners, gift cards and other gifts are so wonderful! We are so blessed to have so many people who care for our family so much!! I cant thank you all enough for your generosity, love, support and most of all your prayers. I am very concerned that Keiras spirits are beginning to go down. She is tired of getting poked, pushed on, and overall feeling like crap! Yesterday was the most I have seen her smile and that was because for the first time in 13 days our whole family was together. David brought all the kids up here and we enjoyed a short time together as a family. Her siblings were so happy to see her and she was so happy to see them! They all had fun with Claire the Clown and I absolutely loved hearing giggles and seeing smiles! And today she loved seeing Ms. Colette, even though she slept e whole time! Please continue to pray for our sweet angel, pray God will heal her little body and boost her spirits. Tomorrow they will do another ultrasound to see if anything is happening in her belly that we cant see. If things continue to not change hen we may have surgery again on Friday, but they will make that decision on Friday. Thank you for your prayers, and here are some happy pictures...no more sad ones!
