So the latest results are showing that its possible that ISON has bit the dust, or at least blown of all its dust as the new info is showing a dramatic decrease in the amount of dust its throwing off. but as its a completely new comet who knows what surprises it has in store, maybe, just maybe it will suddenly become active again, wishful thinking perhaps, Im waiting until perihelion before i say R.I.P (if it makes it to perihelion) the spacecraft which observe the sun have both comet Encke and ISON in their field now, its probably the last there will be any ground based observations now as its so close to the sun but those sun watchers will show us whats going on.
