So the other day, Jakob and I were coming out of the Ovaltine Cafe on Main & Hastings. I lit an after dinner joint and passed it. When I saw the two cops 50 ft away Jakob butted the joint and put it in his bag. Now we are waiting for the walklight with the cops. Jakob makes the mistake of looking the cop in the eye. The cop walks over to Jakob and tells him to show some respect. He walks right into Jakobs space, chest out, with an attitude that I am old enough to know says start something. I speak up with 3 words Hes my son. It worked. The cop turns to me with the same attitude, chest in my face, confident murderous eyes looking down his nose at me. Now, me and the cop are both presumably productive, hard working members of society. At least I am. My question is: Is it allright with everybody if I start acting like that? We are both members of the same society. Can I go around intimidating cops. Cus I feel like it.
