So the president is announcing this morning that 3000 Military personnel will be ordered to Liberia to set up 17 mobile hospitals to treat Ebola patients. HELLO! What does the military have to do with a disease outbreak on foreign soil? If it was here in the US I could possibly understand the National Guard being called up to assist. There is a history of US military humanitarian aid to foreign countries in the event of natural disasters...still however, this is a disease with no known cure, no known vaccine, isolated only to the Africcan continent, and has an extraordinarily high mortality rate. To intentionally expose our military to this disease is absolutely absurd and far beyond the scope of what their service to the country should be
