So the republicans are licking their chops about winning the senate. Go for it, and good luck with the irrationals among the tea baggers. My conservative friends are making noise about welfare and free stuff, for poor people etc. how about tax reform? if the republicans win the senate, will they present reform that reasonable democrats can support? here is one issue: how much longer must we democrats, republicans, independents etc. who have been salaried employees all our lives have to subsidize business owners who write off personal items as bogus business expenses. I would love to take out my dear friends for a night on the town, picking them up in a company car that isnt really used for company business, invite one client, and write it all off to the salaried middle class and working poor. Such a deal! Its not only the poor in American who are on welfare.
