So the time has come to say my farewells and drive off into the sunset. I moved down here just over seven years ago to begin a new life and relationship with Adrian . A man who dealt with all of my highs and lows without barely a complaint, whos friendship has stayed strong regardless of all that has transpired. Thankyou. To my family away from my family, Marianna , Justine, Melissa and Adrian you have no idea how much I have cherished your love and willing acceptance of me and mine into your lives. Thank you so much. I have so many mixed emotions in leaving Brisbane, I have loved and lost, I have whispered final farewells to those who have left before us. Jayk, Darreb, Alaska, Nona thank you for coming to my life, filling it with joy, tears and life lessons. You will never be forgotten. To every person who has touched my life by being a part of the Brisbane LGBTIQ community, thank you, I am humbled to have known and loved so many of you. Paul, thank you for giving me my chances, teaching me everything you could about the industry I love, thank you for giving me a job when I needed it, a home and most importantly your friendship. Kent you are an absolute legend, you have helped me regain my confidence and my life. Thank you. To all my other friends and family here in Brisbane, there are simply too many to list. All my love.
