So the wind a while ago broke large limbs that fell on my roof. Its leaking so I know there is damage. I call my insurance agent. They tell me I have a 500.00 deductible and we can do this two ways she said. Way A: I can call a roofer to check and give me estimate. Way B: They can submit the claim and proceed , then she slipped in, but that will go against you if you ever you know, shop around for insurance. This seemed almost intimidating to me. What you think?
