So, theres this movie channel called MOVIES - its a secondary network on broadcast TV - that, you guessed it, plays movies all day and night (with commercials) It has an interesting library and does a good job of packaging films to satisfy the audience - but what they really do well is their trailers. I dont know who cuts them, but they do a great job of revitalizing an old movie with the express purpose of making it worth watching to a newer audience. Case in point: Escape From Alcatraz - which takes a lot of cues from the success of that other great jailbreak movie - The Shawshank Redemption (Sorry for the quality of the recording - also, the original trailer will be posted in the comments for comparison) Thoughts??
