So this am Sue Williams and our support team Gillian McCowie (She bought us bacon sarnies) cycled 20 miles and popped into the Cycle Hub.........brilliant!! Furthest I have cycled- I know pathetic but we have to start somewhere. Big thanks to Carl who sold us a bike pump, fitted it and then showed us how to use it! We are going back with Kerry Watts to cycle maintainence class (puncture repair classes I think).
