So this evening I get to add, Award Winning Novelist to my resume. In the Written Arts Awards I mentioned to you previously, Thick Fog in Pacheco Pass has been awarded second place for 2013 in two categories, General Fiction and eBook format, for Rebeccas Reads Readers Choice Award. Okay, look. I know this isnt the Pulitzer, but these folks have a very fine literary program, which is why I submitted to book in the first place. They recognize only the cream of the crop. To be chosen as the second place novel for 2013 is a major freaking deal! And the winner … Ambition, by Stephen Maitland-Lewis … This book is so good and so well written I cant believe Im even mentioned in the same sentience with this writer. I would personally give him first place. I am very proud of this award.
