So this is a response I got from SAMRO about the DJ Licence: Yes, the venue has a licence as a business, and yes the owner of the venue has a licence too for entertainment including the music users licence, but you also need a licence to actually play the music at that venue. And my question to this statement was, and still is: So, the car has a licence to be on the road but it need a driver, the driver of the car has a licence to drive the car, now the passenger MUST also have also have a licence to CATCH A RIDE on this car? Still no response yet.
