So this is it! Our final facade design for Sparks development by Uda Holdings. To follow the requirement by Structura and the Architect of the building itself, we are not allowed to totally changed the existing building massing design and floor plan, we decide to fully focus on the external facade with elegance and dynamic look to give a great impact to the landmark of Tampoi. With the theme of Keep On Dancing, the design is a vibrant play on the Kuda Kepang dancers, moving gracefully above a platform. This metaphoric approach will be used to preserve the uniqueness of the dance through an architectural approach and create a new attractive landmark. The building will looks like Kuda Kepang dancing by itself. Most of the ground floor area is designed according to rhythm of echoes from Angklung, the main musical instrument in Kuda Kepang dance. These echoes injects a cheerful environment whilst blending with large green garden around the SPARKS. - Rentas Gema
