So this is what it feels like to be written out of history... I guess Churchill was right. But, between David Glass writing that East Washington on-ramp happen because of others (not including me) and Janelle Wetzstein writing about how the ramp and the Redwood interchange had back up money from development fees, people might come to think those projects just happened to get funded. But the fact is I fought to make a case for including them in our new schedule of development fees and not reducing those fees too much, so we would have the back up money. I think that is why Mike Harris gave me kudos. Its unfortunate that David Glass continues to write me out of history. Regardless, those projects will exist because I didnt give up.
