So this is what just happened to me. More injections. Lawdy yall just dont know. I broke my foot in martial arts training about 7yrs ago. Never got it checked out (trying to be hard) As the old folks say a hard head will make a soft behind. Years later it comes back to bite me. Had numerous injections to postpone surgery (bc I was too afraid). then had an extensive 4 hr surgery in 2012 followed by 20+ more injections of various medicines in the next 2yrs. Sheeesh. But for now after the discomfort of the injection. Im good to go. Ready to get back in training. I got to look at it all as a good thing. I keep telling myself that. Otherwise Im a big baby and will find excuses not to be seen lol
