So this morning, Im evidently feeling extra peppy. I started by making two loaves of peasant bread (not pictured, since theyre still raising). Not satisfied with that accomplishment, I tried my hand at making butter. Not only is it delicious, it was SO easy to make (I just used heavy whipping cream, a stand mixer, and some salt). Of course, I have a stand mixer so I suppose thats a bit of cheating on my part ^.^ Today is going to be a good day!
