So, this was me a couple of years ago, and practically the only thing thats changed is the tan. Which is a damned shame. So, at the grand old age of 50 I am 100% committed to upping the ante with training. And as luck should have it I have discovered that the pioneers of Krav Maga have classes in the same road I live in. All kicking off from this Monday. And no, honestly, the number 50 does not bother me at all. It doesnt. I swear.
