So this week I dined at Rubino restaurant at Valletta ... it specialises in Maltese cuisine. I phoned a few hours before to advice them. Was given 3 types of dips for free (ricotta,artichokes,humus) together with olives and kapunata (ratatouille) before the main dish.They were all gluten free and dairy free and pork free. For the main dish I ate gluten free penne with rizzi and it was simply delicious.I enjoyed myself as the atmosphere is quiet and moreover because its not that easy to go and dine at a restaurant with a clear mind when having all the allergies I have. I highly suggest this place.
