So, those of you who know me know I like to sew in my spare time, and often I will have a movie or TV show streaming in the background. So Thursday night and this afternoon I watched the Netflix original series called "Derek" starring RIcky Gervais. I was expecting comedy. Instead, what I watched was a profoundly moving story of a middle-aged British man who may or may not have autism working in a small nursing home in England. It is only 8 episodes but I recommend it highly for those of you who have Netflix. The first couple of episodes are a bit slow but stick with it and you will meet a cast of people with differences who make a difference. Netflix: "Derek"
