So tired and so many things to say. When people ask me what is Rockford Hip Hop Congress, two answers come to mind. The philosophical answer that it is a group of people who decide that they wont wait for things to happen, but they will make things happen. Its a group that will build its own creations until those creations are seen and appreciated by the masses. If no one will do for you, you must do for yourself. Expect that no one will do for you, so you must do for yourself. Waiting for things to change is near insanity (partially inferred by Albert Einstein)...But my actual answer is that were just a group of people who have similar interests.
