So tired this morning! Very, very nearly didnt get up... Glad I did though, was expecting the deadlifts to be hard work, especially when Im not feeling 100% and I wasnt wrong. In my head 5 sets was the target and the 5th set was a bit of a grinder but its a good boost to go above and beyond the target so with a whiff of ammonia I pulled another double and it moved so much quicker! Floor presses felt tough but good and I had pretty much nothing left at the end. Deadlift 6sets, 2x187kg 412lbs Floor press 6sets, 3x82.5kg 182lbs https://youtu.be/1rF0TGsq9j4
