So today I am going to attempt to melt chocolate morsels and pour them in to molds shaped like the Eiffel Tower. Tomorrow we are having a surprise birthday party for our educator/trainer/she does everything and works her ass off/boss at work. Its a Paris themed party. There is a problem, though. Im a cook, not a baker. I have never done this before. Any tips?? I bought a candy thermometer. I am using Nestle Toll House milk chocolate and white chocolate morsels. I know the chocolate has to be a certain temp to harden just right. Help! I dont want to screw these things up!!! :o
