So, today I spoke to a very sweet client whose new relationship has triggered a bunch of past-life fears. I told her she wasnt a basket case, but simply dealing with the effects of betrayal, rejection and other issues from other lifetimes. At the end of the session, my Spirit Guides gave her a mantra to sooth her rational mind when the fears surface. It was, I may be a basket case, but I know its really just past-life stuff. I think we could all use that reminder sometimes!
