So today I thought Id wait until dinner was cooked (and worked) before I posted it. OMG these are the best ribs Ive ever eaten, beat any restaurants hand down. So happy with them. Recipe: ribs, 1 cup BBQ sauce, 1/2 cup sweet chilli, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 squirts of lemon juice. Cooked on low for 5hrs then put in a hot oven for 10mins just to brown them up and caramelise the juices. This will defiantly be a family favourite.
