So today I walked through the cold mud which is Fushe Kosoves streets in November, passing children who were barefoot and kids off with their dads wheelbarrows to pick through the rubbish. And then I entered a warm room full of colours and singing where the children were all wearing new slippers and playing with plasticene and the alphabet - the Changemakers kindergarten where over 50 pre-schoolers have started to learn this week. The miracle has happened! So many people to thank for all the donations theyve made - of money, skills, resources and time. And so much respect for the visionary Changemakers who identified this need in their community, worked out how to make it happen, and are now changing the lives and the life chances of the next generation in Neighbourhoods 28 and 29.
