So today Shawns school said that they believe he is depressed and he has said that he wants to hurt himself and today he said he wanted to commit suicide so I sat him down and talked to him because I didnt know where this came from. I told him to open up to me like he did with the social worker at his school. So now Ive decided to quit my job because Im missing so much time with him and I dont want my son to be depressed I dont want my son to be sad. He is turning 8 and have been through alot in life and as his mother I have to take this very serious and act on his behavior. He will be going to therapy so if these are true feelings he can get help at an early age.I dont want this to hurt him later on in life. I try my best to be the best mom and a single mom at that. I work full time and go to school. My job wont let me reduce my hours so Ill quit no money mean more to me than the well being of my kids. #whenitrainitpours #prayforme
