So today is Tuesday and Im sitting in my jammies and a t-shirt staring at the crumpled up pieces of paper which are barely scribbled on, but trashed, because my curse for perfection wont let me finish the thought unless its perfectly crafted. No scratch throughs allowed. Idea after idea is racing through my head trying to determine my part in a movie thats been played over and over again and how can I make a difference amongst the chaos and confusion of my cohorts. My mind is racing, filled with priceless possibilities of the framework that lies before me and what difference I can create in not only the lives of others but in mines as well. As i scour the mountain of links in each of the groups I am a member of one thing stands out more than anything. Nothing STANDS OUT. Its as if I keep reaching in the box of assorted chocolates each with a different wrapper but all tasting EXACTLY the same. Then I ask myself. What can I do to be different and how am I going to stand out. It occurred to me that in order to do this it would take more then just me to deliberately create something as unique as a thumbprint in the minds and hearts of my clients. The purpose of this mind scribble is to suggest to each of you to get in touch with that unique thing that only you can bring to the surface. Success rarely happens by accident. If you are an entrepreneur or desire to get your gift into the world it is vital that you take your core desired feelings and use those feelings to BACK INTO your success. You must get very clear and specific on the lifestyle and numbers behind that lifestyle before you can even embark on your journey. Often times we build our lifestyle around our business resulting in shattered dreams and lost momentum. Instead lets build a business around our desired lifestyle and create our own industry norms instead of the ones fed to us on a hamburger bun with a side of shut up and take it. Once you create and calculate what your ideal life looks like then you can rally to purposely create an incredible offering that stands out in minds of your tribe. I said I was going to brief as it appears Ive already started the chapters of what might possibly be a very juicy book, so Ill say this STAY TUNED. Im not saying anything you havent already heard but I will say this You Will Hear It In A Way You Havent Quite Experienced It before...... Being inspired when life gets in the way is quite a challenge. We all know that the road to H*** is paved with good intentions. That being said when you find yourself stuck put yourself back in the game. Find some music or an activity that puts you in a place of FEEL GOOD. When I get down or need some motivation I turn on some Adel or Emile Sande and crank up the volume real loud, if music isnt enough I go to a fabulous restaurant or take in an open house at an amazing estate to put me in a place where I am grateful to the opportunities that only I can create. For you it may be to find a muse for your next photo shoot or the camera shop to scope out new photo equipment that will up your game. Whatever makes you feel good go back to that place. Figure out what makes you most happy then bottle it up and use that is your elixir when times get tough. We each need to have that go to thing we can do that puts us back in the game. We may find that we need to step away from it to get back to it. Lets do a little math......... Burning Desire + Calculated Cost - Biggest Fears + Authenticity x Partners In Success = Your Ideal Life
